We are what we eat

Our privately owned company was a natural offshoot of the PeaceWeaver Organic Farm and CSA, which have been in operation since 1995. One of our guiding lights was the world’s oldest living Buddhist monk, named Bhante Dharmawara, who lived to be 110 years old. He was a meditation teacher and healer who reminded us again and again that “our health is our greatest possession, and without it we cannot serve ourselves or others!” Another Bhante saying was “we are what we think, we are what we eat and drink!” Bhante was a vegetarian who felt his long, quality life came from eating nutritious fresh foods and liquids.

Inspired by Bhante’s life and understandings we are dedicated to produce the very best and most nutritious microgreens and wheatgrass. The microgreens are not only nutritious, but their color and texture add fun & zest to every meal. And our wheatgrass, when juiced, is renowned for being the “sweetest wheatgrass juice ever!”.

We feel so fortunate to serve the public by providing these foods that not only can be enjoyed but support the body with enzymes, amino acids, chlorophyll, and other vitamins and minerals.
